"I just bought a 2009 Suzuki Boulevard M109 Limited Edition from Alamo Cycle Plex and my overall buying experience was top notch. Chad Davis is a great salesperson. Very knowledgable about all the products. I was in there once a week for four weeks trying to decide which bike to buy. I feel I made the right choice in going with the M109. "I had my 2005 Kawaski Vulcan 1600 in for leaking gas tank on 11/12/18/08 and service rep was Roland Cortez handled my problem. Service evaluated the problem, determined seam was leaking on gas tank and contacted Kawaski about defect, there was not an active recall for the problem by Roland got Kawaski to pay for the new tank ($800 part) and the only part I had to pay was the labor and mounting pieces. The Color matched great although Roland likes kidding around about the Pink tank that came in. The job was completed earlier than expected. All in all, I would choose Alamo when purchasing my next bike."

I've been to several dealerships around town and this was by far my best experience with looking and buying a motorcycle. This was mostly due to the customer care that I recieved from my dealer Mr. Robbie Burkart. I've been in the military for over 20 years now and customer service is my business. I spoke with Ralph over the phone, and he set me up to come on in and check a couple things out.
Once I arrived, Ralph met my wife and I immediately, and was up front and honest. He turned us over to Daniel our sales rep. Daniel's product knowledge was so versitle. He listen to what I was looking for and showed a bunch of options. He realized that I was impressed, but not quite enough. "I would like to thank the newly appointed Service Manager for taking care of an issue with my valve stems on my Honda, Valkyrie. He was customer friendly and made things easy for me from the minute I walked in to his departmant. In addition, I was also impressed by one of the other service personnel when I came back to pick up my bike. Although his shift was over, he saw that I was waiting and asked if I was being helped.
