"From the time my wife and I walked in we were treated great by all of the staff. Our salesman, Geo, was very knowledgable about all of the bikes and was very patient while we took forever deciding which one we wanted. We never felt rushed and never felt like we were being pushed into buying anything. Purchasing something as expensive as a motorcycle can be nerve racking but Geo and the rest of the staff made it a great experience. "I would like to thank the newly appointed Service Manager for taking care of an issue with my valve stems on my Honda, Valkyrie. He was customer friendly and made things easy for me from the minute I walked in to his departmant. In addition, I was also impressed by one of the other service personnel when I came back to pick up my bike. Although his shift was over, he saw that I was waiting and asked if I was being helped. "My experience at Alamo Cycle Plex was outstanding! My salesman, Haas, was attentive to exactly what I was looking for and contacted me 1 day after my visit to tell me about a bike that had just been traded in that was w/in my price range & seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. He worked hard with the financing department to make sure I was getting the absolute best deal. Susan was great at suggesting new bars that I had in mind. She did measurments and consulted with the service dept. to make sure I was buying the right size. She also went out of her way to locate the saddlebags I had seen a day earlier. Needless to say, my little '99 Suzuki Savage cruiser is ALL mine and I know I can trust the staff at Alamo Cycle Plex to answer any questions that come up even after my purchase.
